What you’ll need:
Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Pizza Crust
What to do:
Step 1- Remove your cauliflower crust from packaging and place in oven (with no toppings) for the time noted on the package.
Step 2- While your crust is in the oven, slice your zucchini into thin slices and season slices with salt and pepper.
Step 3- Remove crust from oven and drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the crust and top the olive oil with salt and pepper.
Step 4- Spread a nice layer of pesto over the crust. This will take the place of your usual red sauce.
Step 5- Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the pesto for the cheesy part of the pizza.
Step 6- Start piling on the zucchini slices for your topping. You can put as much or as little as you like. I always like a lot of toppings on my pizza so I covered just about every inch of my pizza with the zucchini slices.
Step 7- Put the pizza back in the oven for about ten more minutes for the rest of the pizza and toppings to cook through.
Step 8- Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top!
Step 9- Slice and serve!
